- Managed multiple complex schedules and projects. Arranged and led transmittal meetings for each newly transmitted book and multimedia product. Consulted and worked closely with marketing and editorial colleagues to ensure that quality products were completed on time and on budget.
- Co-managed Elsevier’s first custom publication series for Corinthian Colleges, which directly resulted in a multi-million dollar custom publication contract and opened the door for future customized projects with other schools, eventually necessitating an entire department specializing in custom publication projects.

- Assisted Project Managers with a variety of publishing duties, including proofreading, administrative tasks, and editing. Learned first-hand about the publishing industry, and operated as a replacement for Project Managers when necessary.
